It was supposed to be a simple camping trip to celebrate graduating Canterlot High School. They choose to play truth or dare, but what they didn't know, was that the game was really playing them.

Tell the truth.

Do the dare.

Or die.

Who will survive? Only the game knows.

Oh God I can’t wait for the second chapter!!!:twilightsheepish:

I feel it's a bit rushed and the dares escalate a little too quickly, but overall I'm liking what I'm seeing here. Definitely interested in what happens next.

I can understand it feeling a bit rushed, I did write this in three days. :twilightblush:

Definitely an interesting idea but I must say the build-up is rather rushed.
If I may suggest, I think you should give it some more time to set up the atmosphere, and perhaps hint that the game is connected to the location.
And also, these girls have been involved in a lot of magical mishaps. Would they accept the rules of the game just so? I think not. I think it would work better if Twilight outright refused and then her leg breaks. They see the consequence and therefore they go through.

Sorry if I am rude by making suggestions, it is your story and you do what you think is best.

I know the reference. BLUMHOUSE'S TRUTH OR DARE.

Hey, I love suggestions, though the reasoning behind the game and how it really works will be explained during round two.

"Never Have I Ever?" Rainbow asked.

"We've played that enough times to learn how much of a pervert we all are already haven't we?" Sunset replied with, a faint color coming to her face.

Yes, I liked that one NewYorkBrony story as well.

Congrats! You're the first to catch my reference! XD

This was some gruesome shit, and I'd be lying if I didn't say I was on edge the whole way through! I was on the edge of my seat during the entirety of this last chapter and the sense of worry and fear I felt obviously tells that I not only was pretty damn scared throughout it, but also that I enjoyed it. Really enjoyed it. Now I might consider watching the movie soon. Good stuff, mate!

Glad you enjoyed it! You should definitely watch the 2018 "Truth or Dare" film, it was amazing!

I'm currently working on a reading/audio drama of this book, so I hope you'll consider watching it when it comes out.

9295657
Might do. I have one question though: you said you were looking for actors and I was wondering, since their gender wasn't mentioned, who are you looking for to play the investigator?

9295724
Anyone, though I do have someone for that. Of course, in the "audio drama" there's going to be two of them, so if you would be able to, that would be amazing.

9295730
Sounds cool. Where would I send you the audios? When I can, that is.

Thanks, mate. Talk to you soon.

Well, thanks for pointing it out! Haha. Glad you enjoyed the story.

Just watch the original movie. Your story is better:moustache:

9311935
Well, I don't know about THAT, but thank you!

I'm a pretty good actress, if I say so myself, and I think I have a pretty good Pinkie voice. I'd probably make a decent Twilight, too... :raritywink:

Also, I'm not a horror fan, generally. The scariest movie I've ever watched is between Hocus Pocus, The Nightmare before Christmas, and BeetleGeuse. Not very scary movies. But, even though I didn't care for the horror element, I found I couldn't stop reading this. I felt desperate for a twist happy ending, where the 3 losses magically came back to life at the end because they cooperated. The ending provided was okay for me, but... I still found my happy juices lacking. I don't enjoy that. For obvious reasons. :P I hope I don't get disqualified for not being a horror fan, as I did sort of enjoy the story. It's just not my cup of tea.

I find it kind of messed up Rarity kissed a dead body that's been there for at least an hour...

Eh, well...she was depressed

I LOVE THIS, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING(To me).:raritystarry::raritystarry::raritystarry:
This whole Story made me at the edge of seat( I might have cried a little):twilightsheepish:
Where could I find the Reading/Audio(Only if you made one:unsuresweetie:)

Yes I know I'm two years late

10015970
Well I'm super glad you enjoyed it! I would love to make an audio reading if I had time and other VAs. :twilightsheepish:
