Two years ago Sunset Shimmer ruined your life in her quest for power. With no more friends and no more future, you spend your winter break alone on the beach hoping to just see one last sunset. Thanks to her that's exactly what you get.
This was nice, but I'm still skeptical it'll work out. I mean in a real life situation, as this is a story that probably aims to have a happy ending in more ways than one. Anon seems basically dependent on Sunset to the point of obsession and falls back into depression whenever she's not with him. Despite knowing he was going to kill himself, she still seems a little too optimistic. She basically has to juggle being his lover and therapist for the foreseeable future and she doesn't seem to fully feel the weight of those titles. She'd also be a therapist-girlfriend who was the one who scarred her client in the first place. I dunno. I'm just being pessimistic I guess. Sunset really needs to put in the work to be there for him and make sure he knows it. Also maybe plan to clear Anon's name and introduce him to her friend group. He could use a support group of people that can vouch for Sunset and knows what he's been through. Ok rambling over.
Each time I read I have to try and remember you don't have a "tragedy" tag on this story, and you can't believe how thankful I am of that. It's really indescribable how well this is written, so I hope you kinda understand when I don't leave a comment.
10329631 It's easier for some people to be a therapist-girlfriend than you'd think. A genuine relationship needs trust, honey, and communication. If you can be a good partner to someone, you can help them with a lot of things, including depression, anxiety, phobias, and stress.
Great chapter Glad the MC is finding some happiness/respite. All too aware that shit is hard to find with depression. I feel things are moving way too fast for them though.
10329322 Some times the anticipation is worth the wait. Also grow up, there's plenty of clopfics on this site if that's all you are looking forward to.
It really should be criminal for you to move me in such a way. I sentence you to hugs, comments, likes a plenty.
."I wanted to give you a reason to stay,
And there it is. There's the reason that truly keeps people from the brink. Because treating life as axiomatically good is not enough to dissuade suicide. Bravo Sunset. Bravo.
hope anon gets slathered in a fine mist of gasoline and thrown out of a helicopter and eats a recreational nuke whilst slurping on The Maginot line's big schlong. Then the big schlong pole dances on a pole of doorknobs that had been grown in a greenhouse (I have wierd fetishes).
Those are not fetishes, Some people would say you are a cringe lord psychopath
How long before we get to the sex part?
👏

Slow and steady. The wait will be worth it.

Honestly, I’m confused about Sunset’s motives.
