8886134 To elaborate on that since the acronym was given, what it isis a condition where a society member (Despite the name it can hit doms or subs, but is far more prevalent in subs) refuses to or at the least is extremely reluctant to use safewords when they should. Needless to say in this kind of environment, that's a pretty big deal. One example given that hasn't quite made it into a story, but used as an example of it in action is a pegasus who refused to Safeword when the bindings holding her wings slipped and started twisting them in the wrong way while putting pressure on unsafe parts. The Doms didn't realize anything was wrong till they heard the snap of bones.
So. Is conjugal relations with a client a thing in Equestria, or what?
8888023 Likely not for the majority, or even outside of specific circumstances. But both Starsong and Luna are rather special cases when it comes to a lot of things.
8888215 Yes, I never denied any of that, and am fully aware, hence this being a very special case due in no small part to where everything in this is focused as well as the two involved. I'm not going to try to get deep into things from Starsong PoV or reasoning on this, that's for Wendy, but there are reasons it's being allowed, and she did make clear she needed to clear this with higher ups, even if it was treated as something that would be little trouble to get.
If this had been taking place outside of CTS, yeah that would never fly, but CTS is very used to dealing with things in a quite unorthodox style. Given Starsong's overall reputation at helping those in the Society, and especially her position as Alpha Den Mother, she's given extremely broad discretion. Add in the uniqueness of this being Princess Luna and all of her own special circumstances, tack onto that the full support of Princes Cadance, who is at this point is all but certain to be the next Den Matriarch (even if she's the only one trying to deny that), plus on top of all that (minor spoiler for upcoming chapter) Princess Celestia giving this her blessing after seeing the results in how well Luna's been responding. With all of that behind this, yeah, not many ponies are going to be making a big deal of this.
And yes, I do get the potential issues as well as why that is a massively bad idea IRL as well as in general. But this is neither 'in general' nor even IRL, it is a very specific case with a whole lot of factors working into it that simply do not exist IRL both in regard to the issues Luna is facing, as well as political/social aspect of how others treat it, not the least of which in the latter case being support from multiple highly beloved, trusted, and extremely influential demigoddesses.
If you'd like to discuss more of the specifics of the story itself, by all means, I'd love to, but not really interested in going over the larger, IRL issues around something like this. Key words being 'like this' rather then this specific occasion.

Very glad you enjoyed it and that it worked. Yeah, after that much of an intense session, emotions are going to be all over the place. Add in dealing with all the issues a freshly returned Luna was going through.... yeah.
Hopefully get around to more chapters of this, have a few more drafted up, but working on a couple other far to long delayed projects ATM.
