I didn’t think about it until now but both the first story and this one reminded me of Osmosis Jones mixed with Fantastic Voyage. Each section of the bodies was wonderfully detailed and descriptive, and all of the characters involved were done perfectly as well.

Absolutely LOVED both this and A Small Issue. Are you making another sequel? If so, I've got some ideas to share.
Dreams that occur in a new setting imply vulnerability and express feelings and sentiments that your not certain how to manage. The warrior who's skin started to tear and afterward the dark mass swung into a cockroach is an indication of the issue itself. You needed to watch this all occur, powerless to stop it. Which ties in with your powerlessness to adapt to whatever issues are at the forefront of your thoughts.
I really liked this, keep up the good work and share more.
