Uh, 3500 feet is less than a mile. You seemed fairly committed to both heights.
This first chapter alone is amazing. It serves as an example of how to correctly employ stereotypes for humor: make fun of everyone equally. The best part is that said humor is complemented by so much unf.

Na, I think its just build on the joke that britian tries to take over america like there are still just a colony and the american independence war never ended.
