The power levels go a little something like this; Twilight is more powerful than Cadence, but weaker than Starlight. Starlight's stronger than both Cadence and Twilight, but weaker than Luna and Celestia. Luna is stronger than, Cadence, Twilight, and Starlight, but weaker than Celestia, and Celestia is obviously the strongest.
