Okay, it's rated M....because ? The fact that like/dislike is disabled tells me you might be a bit worried about reactions to subject matter, but if you leave that rating with no other tags and/or spoilers then most people are likely to pass over it without a second glance. Bit of friendly advice? Whether or not you include like/dislike, you need to include appropriate tags for the M rating (violence, sex, gore, etc). It would probably be good to add a spoiler blocked trigger warning in the description for good measure.
