I liked the story, but I was hoping to see the next part, the evaluation of the maybes.

That was enjoyably silly. I really shouldn't surprised to see a yak use "smash" in that context, but it still caught me off-guard in the best way. One note:
Pretty sure you meant "orientation" or "preference" here. It's no secret that Twilight's a mare.
Also, it's a shame Twilight didn't extend her offer to cover possible parallel Pinkie Pies as well. On the other hand, Equestria doesn't need a foal who might try to turn the sun into the world's largest party bomb. Probably for the best.

Twilight knows what she's doing! I fixed the clumsy wording there. I was working with the 'gender comes in a lot more than two' mindset, but orientation works much more easily.

What no Big Mac? Despite this being a silly story, made me think. Pony mares likely can lose control when in heat but have long since learn "techniques" to relieve them selves to stay in control and fulfill the physical need with out breeding.

A human can say no to both urges. Heat is only 'less' for humans because we rationalize and often go against our urges. Ponies would be much the same way. A pony does not have to eat when hungry drink when thirsty, or fuck the entire town when they go into heat.
