Before I read, why the dark tag? Is it not safe and consensual?

I agree with the previous commentors, this story doesn't need a Dark tag since the act is completely consensual.
Bondage and BDSM can be perfectly acceptable as long as it is consensual, just look at the Clock Tower Society group for more example of that.
