The story is lame and boring. There really is no constructive criticism I can give, considering that the very foundation is a pile of crap. You truly missed what made Cupcakes good. You have to write what people want to read about, and this is not that. And no, don't think that I'm complimenting you by saying that your idea is truly evil, and that I can't stomach it, because this is not the case. Fluttershy is far too easy, making this story, and any like it, just seem desperate. Nobody cares because it's too obvious and contrived. And either way, I think we can all agree that Pinkamena is a laughing stock at this point anyway. She has no scare or shock factor anymore, and really, she never did (besides Cupcakes). By the way, I think you should seriously change your avatar. She just has no meaning anymore, and seems like a pussy compared to some newer, more original stories.
If you want to write horror, then ditch this and try again, because this can't be saved.
