I haven't had a professional trainer tell me how to shoot a gun, and I've killed a couple of mule deer and an elk. You only need hunter's safety to be able to hunt legally, and they aren't showing you how to shoot.
That sounds like something Twilight would say if she gave someone a high powered gun.

The biggest problem I have with this is how the whole conflict between Talon and Overwatch feels very black and white. Another problem is that nobody in-universe knows who Reaper really is. Maybe Talon does, but even that is a stretch.
Another thing, Morrison is dead. At least to the world, Jack Morrison is six feet under. Sure, Ana seems to know who they are, but the playable areas of the game and character interactions can't be considered completely Canon. I mean we can have Tracer, Lúcio, 76, Reaper, Genji and Zenyatta pushing an EMP to destroy an omnic sanctuary in the middle of England.
It makes no sense that Pinkie would use Zarya's Particle Cannon. Those things were mounted on vehicles so they could be used. The only reason Zarya is able to use it is because she was a bodybuilder capable of deadlifting 512 kilograms, which converts to 1,128.77 pounds. That is over half a ton. Pinkie does break physics in the show, but it is never consistent, it would make no sense for her to use it.
It would, however, make much more sense to borrow Lúcio's Sonic Amplifier. He is a DJ, and she is a party planner. Those go very well together. (Though I think it would be much more interesting if they found flaws with their gear and eventually had custom weapons made for them.)

Well that's one of the worst team comps ever, no real Main Tank, and only a 'mercy' for support.
Anyway nice story so far, even though it feels slightly rushed.
