Discord is awoken once again by the Princesses when they find out about his estranged son, Smith J. Leeds--Better known to humanity as the Jersey Devil. Now the Draconequus is being held responsible for all the trouble his demonic spawn has caused in the past two-hundred years.

I'm from Jersey and I approve because I boxed with the Jersey Devil and won.

He was a bitch-ass nigga with a glass jaw.

Hah! Ima read this again!:yay:

Holy damn, it all makes so much sense. The Jersey Devil is the son of Discord, and the reason all Jersey people are that way is because they randomly had a hundred dollar bill appear in their pockets.

*looks in pockets*

WHERE'S MY HUNDRED BUCKS???

Confound you, I was going to do that idea!

Nah JK, but anyway, nice story, it's always nice to make fun of NJ (or as I call it "The Punching Bag State.").

Twelve kids already! Are you sure that was New Jersey and not Texas or Arkansas?

I approve of this fanfiction.

Hey! Where's my hundred bucks?

WHERE IS MY MONEY MAN

I WANT MY MONEY

on some realtalk, I gotta give it to you for actually knowing the damn legend. I spent a weekend trekking those woods to find the ruins of that house, totally not worth the bullshit.

900220

I actually heard the house burned down some time ago, supposedly under mysterious circumstances.

Holy shit that was awesome.

900407 Well, the site I saw (which is dubious, obviously) was river stone and mortar ruins. Obviously that could easily be the foundation, with the timber long decayed. But meh, it was basically just The Woods.

I found this story on the "WTF Pony Fanfiction" tumblr. I'm pleased to say that it was a surprisingly good read.

Some of the stuff on that tumblr is damn hilarious, even if it is all kinds of fucked up. Also came here from there.

QUICK!!!! Someone do a story about the Chupacabra, the Mothman, and other cryptids right NOW!!!!!

HA! This was everything I hoped it would be. Bravo to you, sir.

WHERES MY MONEY!

Wow. Ponies and my favorite modern cryptozoological debate.

THIS IS THE GREATEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!:fluttercry:

I was WONDERING where that bill came from...

On a more serious note, the Pine Barrens really isn't THAT remote.

4814754 Oh wow... I just found this story!

Yes, I do know the Leeds Devil. He goes by the name of Bob and isn't really such a bad fellow.

I live in the remote and spooky township of Pemberton, whom real estate agents warn against with terror... mainly due to our asshat mayor... but also because of the ghosts and demons and Pineys... and, of course... meeeeeeeee! :pinkiecrazy:

“I went there by accident,” he blurted, “But it looked interesting, so I decided to stay for a few months. The natives are rather stupid, but their exploits are entertaining.”

Alondro suddenly appears and narrows his eyes at Discord. Discord shivers and whimpers in a small voice, "Except for... certain natives... who possess a chilling intelligence with plans that stretch centuries..." Alondro smiles coldly and vanishes again.

“I do,” said Discord, completely uncaring for their concern, “And I doubt that you’ll find him again.” He was suddenly enveloped in a bright, wavering rainbow. When it faded, a stone Draconequus stood there with a knowing smile on his face.

And time stops just long enough for Alondro to appear again to Discord, "But I already have... I know he's disguised himself as Hillary Clinton!" Discord gasps in shock! How could anyone have figured out such a clever twist! "Oh wait..." Discord grumped. "In retrospect, that wasn't much of a disguise..." (The name 'Hillary Clinton' can also be replaced with Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin, Uwe Boll, Kim Jung Un, and Kevin Bacon! ... it's a pretty wide-open reference joke.) :trollestia:
:pinkiecrazy:

can we have a sequel with springheel jack who may or may not be related to applejack?
