After Luna's banishment, bat ponies were hated because of their relationship with her and the night. At best, they were cast out and forced into segregated villages. At worst, they were kidnapped and placed into slavery. Bought and sold by the wealthy to serve as sources of entertainment or labor.
Crimson Dawn was born into slavery, it is all she has knows. All she ever will know as far as she is concerned. Her job is to fight in of the arena, an underground network of slave fighters. All she wants is to keep winning, that way her master can keep collecting bets and she doesn't have to deal with his anger. But today isn't just a normal fight, today she will be fighting for the title of champion. If she wins, her life continues on, the same as it always has. But if she loses...
There is more on the line today then she could ever realize.
I actually enjoyed the story, a few errors of spelling occasionally, but whose story doesn't?
I will look forward to reading more of this world and the story as it progresses.
