Alrighty, some thoughts on the prologue. First off, I feel like I'm missing another story. Is this a sequel to something? If not, then the first part of your intro is surprisingly jarring. It skims through a lot of various points that, honestly, should be addressed. Things like his relationship with the canon characters, how they met, and so on, shouldn't be skimmed over like that.
Secondly, out of curiosity, were you going for a history book kind of feel? If so, kudos to you. This did feel a fair bit like a historical chronicle of sorts, which is a type of style I do personally quite enjoy, even if it can be tricky at times. It really did remind me of a lot of books I've read that document an individual's life, what with a record of their achievements, personal conflicts, and so on, and as far as prologues go, that was a pretty good style to choose.

7643783 Well I was kinda going for a basic "here's all the information that is crucial to know." kind of feel when it comes to the history for the most part (though I was mainly inspired by the Ace Combat series specifically Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War and Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War for the prologue.) If it was a movie I'd imagine

As for the bit the relationships... Yeah it is kind of a sequel to an rp my friend and I are doing that still needs to be converted to fic form( and still need to be done since it's our longest and it's almost to where this one would pick up though in the non changeling Wing verse.) I did have a bit converted but since my friend and I try to keep to canon for the universe this one takes place (One of only two the other being our main verse where wing is a regular pegasus, But since very little changes between the two different universes it's the same for the most part just dialogue changes.)
Alright, if I'm going to do this, I'm going to do this with the first thousand chapters. But seeing as how Smaug the Golden got here before I could, I assume that means you already know what the good and bad is?
