The persons own world burns and they end up in a quiet place, or with enough power, resources and noone to stop them, they take everything with them. Which isnt a story. Its a warning. You hope warnings make the story not happen.
Isabell really should find out if dragons normally change size so much and enjoy themselves together without her assistance, which is why they are, humans who wanted to stay and treat their toys decently, but corrupted over the centuaries.
