If Lucatiel of Mirrah was voiced, what would she sound like?
Penalt, I do know about the existence of the title of Dame, but since in the world of Dark Souls I have never heard anyone differentiate between male and female knights, or any references to such in the lore, and Lucatiel never refers to herself as a Dame, I developed in my mind the headcanon that in Lordran, Drangleic and Lothric, members of both genders regularly attain knighthood and are thus simply given the title of "Knight". The reason why Lucatiel and Aslatiel's ascension to knighthood was regarded as astounding was only due to being of "low birth", as it were.
Still, I thank you for your attention to the small details, and even more so for reading my story.
Starlight Nova, Lucatiel is voiced, and quite possibly has some of the most emotionally gripping lines of all the NPC's in the game. If you want to hear it for yourself, I recommend looking up VaatiVidya's lore video about Lucatiel on Youtube. The chills I get from hearing the quiet desperation in her voice is what made her my favorite character in the whole series, and had me think up the premise for this fanfic, after all.
