This story had me dodging people, shushing those who spoke around me and had me sitting in one spot until i finished it. Thank you so much for writing a story this good!
I can actually think of a few other, what-ifs, where Octavia doesn't kiss another mare, and still confronts vinyl for neglecting their relationship for weeks.
the biggest what if, seems very hard to do. not shipping Vinyl and Octavia.
I'm glad to see that 'Tavi took the high road. Starlight doesn't understand that what she did will, most likely, seal their relationship rather than break it. 'Tavi refused her offer and Vinyl now sees that her relationship with 'Tavi is even more important to her than ever.
