With a tyrant queen in control of both Equestria and the Crystal Empire; an rebellion has been formed to beat this evil. The daughter of the creator of the Steampunk Revolution who is the key to stopping this war has vanished. A paid mercenary by the name of Vinyl Scratch, the captain of the Base Cannon Airship, is now tasked to locate and return the Steampunk. She'll team up with an old friend, a fashionista, an ex-Wonderbolt and a farmer so they can work together, save the Steampunk, and then defeat the evil queen.

Very interesting potential story, needs grammar and editing help. I can't help but notice that the queens written name is now called Crystalline instead of Chrysalis from the previous chapter.

Interesting concept though your dialogue needs some work. It is very stilted and feels too much like an exposition dump. For instance the part with Rainbow Dash explaining her history sounds more like points out of a power point presentation based out of a text book rather than an organic feeling monologue.
Keep working at it you have some good ideas just needs some work to have it sound natural.
