I'm just a person who enjoys reading and writing Fanfiction. No more, no less. I try to be kind to everyone I speak to and I ignore those who are impolite to me.

Doctor Sterile Bandage and his team tried everything... Everything... But as the virus ravaged the planet, it outmaneuvered them every step of the way in its research, leading them to do horrible things. Things that he begs forgiveness for in what may very well be the last audio log in Pony history.

Quite alright. Not bad, not volatile attention grabbing wise.

Sniff!:fluttercry:

Well, the most immiediate issue that made me give that conclusion was that I couldn't feel anything for the character. A moment of sympathy when he admitted to fear driving their foal expirementation and subsequent regret, but that was about it. Despite being the guy telling us himself, it still had the mundane mood of just telling us a sequence of events (Again, the foal part managed to develop nicely, and as such an exception).

TL DR; Boring-Meh-Liked foal part

6547845 Yeah...

Remember, this was highly experimental, I'm not used to writing this kind of stuff. So any mistakes are due to a complete lack of experience in Darkfics. :twilightblush:

This story in a nutshell:

I LOL'd (Kinda twisted now that I think about it)
Seriously though, nice writing. Really dark, but to be honest, with it being just a recording we can't really see the depth of the doctors emotions. Like, did he feel sick to his stomach when he thought of his wife jewel, and what she might think of his if she knew what he'd done.

But one question, who is responsible for the virus? Couldn't Discord save fluttershy? Couldn't Twilight send someone back in time with a message?
...
Have a thumbs up and a fave.

6551446 Like I said in the Authors Note. Written in 25-30 minutes. No editing. No proof reading. No forethought. Just writing.

By the way, Dexters Lab: Equestria is a stroke of pure brilliance. You combined my childhood with my adult hood so flawlessly I'm totally jealous I didn't come up with the idea first! Well done! Have a moustached Spike for your efforts! :moustache:
