I beg to differ. According to the official back story, they were also put in a time jump, because they landed wearing blue jeans and hoodies. So they were banished from Eqestria and thrown 1000 years into the future. So she is probably just 18.

I did too, until I read the official back story. Blue jeans and hoodies didn't even exist 1000 years ago, so they must have been banished to another time period as well, it almost makes sense if you think about it.

Like maybe they started out wearing rags in medieval times, fancy posh clothing in the 1800s, hippy clothes in the 60s/70s, punk in the 90s and blue jeans and hoodies in the 2000s.
