You do realize that Soarin and Pinkie are acting about exactly the same. Both of them have a huge crush, and are oblivious that someone else has a crush on them.

If Soarin had asked Pinkie to go on a date with his shy friend Sombra, she'd have done it because he'd asked her, and it put her on an outing with Soarin.

5880295 you do realize how overprotective Maude is over Pinkie? Soarin had agreed to go on a date with Pinkie, yet he ignored her the antire date and once left alone, began fishing for info on Maude. I can see Maude wiling to ignore him for Pinkies sake during the date, but if Pinkie comes back crying. Well there is a reason for the saying "hell has no fury like a mare scorned" and that goes double for overprotective sisters.
