It doesn't seem to be going fast, but Twilight's coming to some irrational conclusions early. Nothing about just maybe a virus or stress from being in that odd place. That would be Twilight, to think that everything wrong would have a magical cause. Still not really sure what they were really after in there.
Your descriptions of AJ's physical ailments are detailed, but everpony else seems to just ignore them for an odd reason...At least until she passed out in front of Lyra. I wonder what would have happened if she passed out somewhere else away from prying eyes.
