Not bad, though it could use some background information. 1k words isn't much, and we're basically thrown in the middle of things, with Sunset apparently being in love with Twilight, and being a gladiator for some reason. Not that it's bad, but I hope for some "how we got there" kind of stuff later. And I hope the fights will be an important part of the story, not just a background addition.
