brony at war

Just another small-time, average fanfiction writer. Not as much a brony as I used to be, but I write because you can do almost anything with Equestria.

T

Corporal Burns and his squad had been in it since the attack on Pearl Harbor. On patrol in Germany one day during the closing months of the war, an unlucky encounter ends up taking them to a new world, populated by ponies. They try to settle down, finding close friends among the populates of their new home. But, when a familiar, ruthless enemy find themselves in the same place, the 'Four Horsemen' and their sergeant must take up the call to arms once more. Luckily, they aren't alone.

Sorry folks-Story has been cancelled for reasons in my latest blog post.

Yeah, never call a sergeant "sarge," he's liable to kill you. Even the saltiest lances and PFCs who've been in for years wouldn't say that shit.

just found a awesome reference, CoD:BRO.

6014074 I get that nowadays, that's a no-no. But this is WWII, and I know for a fact that my grandfather called his Sergeant 'Sarge'. Back in those days, it was fine.

I like this story, I can't wait to see what you do with it

"Commence firing sequence." The massive 14-inch cannons on the battleship fired immediately, screaming their way to the target. As if in response, the cruisers joined in the firing, and the captain watched as the first shells hit the shoreline, throwing dirt into the air.

correction: both of the the bismark class battleships had 15” guns (38 cm) not 14” (35cm)
