**The following is an alternate sequence of events different than those that happened in MLP:FiM, Season 4 Episode 17: Somepony to Watch Over Me. This story breaks away from the canon episode right in the scene where Apple Bloom confronts Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo about her sister's constant babying of her.**
As an alternate avenue of events of Somepony to Watch Over Me, Applejack's babying of her sister goes too far and into an even more babyish territory. Apple Bloom's friends get dragged into it as a result.

Well, I personally think Applejack's justifications pop up very suddenly and without reason. Especially her sudden decision that Apple Bloom and her friends can't even be allowed to use the bathroom because they could get hurt.
I really hope that it turns out that Applejack is being controlled by Discord or something.

I would have to disagree with you, the sole reason behind all of this is Applejack's overprotective nature that she showed in Somepony To Watch Over Me. Maybe there are other motives behind her actions that haven't been brought up yet. This might get more clear as the story reaches completion.

Maybe it would've made more sense if Applejack simply decided that since Apple Bloom and Scootaloo had an accident, they could no longer use the bathroom.

That sounds, and I don't mean this in a mean way: very cliché.
I've read many diaper-related stories, and they jump to this plot point way too often. It's not a very realistic way of going about it either. A child usually has to have frequently on-going accidents for it even to be considered. By using Applejack's nearly-obsessive repetitive mindstate in which she believes that she has to watch over Applebloom and protect her at all costs, as shown in the episode but with the volume kicked up to almost a 10, I believe I'm using a more realistic way of explaining why Applebloom and her friends are being treated this way.
Promising story so far with great writing. I'm glad someone finally decided to write a diaper story based on this episode, since there hasn't been nearly enough (in my opinion) about it.

Is it just me or did Sweetie Belle act like she actually wanted to be babied and diapered? She was the first to volunteer to be diapered, said that a snack, a massage, and a bedtime story would be "delightful," and didn't complain about the pacifier. Me being a Sweetie Belle lover, I think she'd look adorable dressed like a baby.
This story was super cute. I'd very much like to see a sequel where the three learn that they actually enjoyed the experience and want more.

If you'd like to see images of Sweetie Belle dressed like a baby, I'm sure you could ask an artist to make one as a request. If you'd like to find some artists, you could try derpibooru (search: diaper fetish; filter: everything). Some of my favorite artists are fillyscoots42 and surzb. I'm not sure if they take requests, but you could always look at their deviantart/furaffinity pages and see if they do. If you're not sure, you could also politely ask.

About the art: that's probably true. I've never actually requested art from an artist. I'll be sure to check out your work when it gets posted. This upcoming chapter is currently in the outlining stage, though I'm almost finished with that. After outlining, I usually write from there, filling up as many holes between them. Once it's done, I proofread and look for any possible plot holes. Once I'm really really really really (plus like, a bazillion more really's) ... really sure the chapter is how I want it, I post it and cross my fingers, hoping it's what my audience wants.

I actually started reading your story before I joined, it's pretty nice work. I've never been too keen on Spike in general, but the way you wrote him in a cute way makes it something I still want to read regardless of it having Spike in it at all. 5064021 No problem. Apparently, the show's writers don't even like him. They're pretty much baffled about what to do with this character. (The "Ice Age sequels are the same way when it comes to Sid and Diego and the other minor characters like Crash and Eddie.) So, they resort to making him the butt monkey, which is severely getting old. Hopefully, there's less of this in the fifth season. I think the reason why I and many others like him so much is because he's so freaking adorable!

Maybe in the next chapter, Cheerilee comes over to Sweet Apple Acres to see why Applejack is keeping Apple Bloom home from school, then tells her that Apple Bloom has too go to school according to the law. Applejack continues her protective measures on Apple Bloom, even when she's at school. Meanwhile, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo have been let free and have sworn never to tell anypony about being treated like a baby. But what will they do when their friend is being publicly humiliated by her own sister?
I just think this will make for some good conflict, that's all.

I definitely see Cheerilee being concerned about them not being in school. These chapters, with this third one, are making up one day. The nap brought them to dinner, and my guess is that this episode did not happen normally on a Tuesday as the canon would suggest. If Applebloom was left home alone, then why wouldn't she just be at school?
My idea, and my approach with this story, is that it happens on a Saturday. Is that a bit of a wild assumption to make? Possibly. I'm looking at this from a weekend perspective, so expect Cheerilee to get a bit involved if we get to Monday. How involved? That's a big question, and you'll see the answer to it when the time comes.
