Enter, from left stage, an elementary school teacher for the young gryphons of Yadrolev. Here, he teaches the fifth grade math, language, science, and art. He has been doing this for twenty-one years, and is a very well-respected member of society. Before he settled down to teach, he had reached the ripe old rank of Colonel in the military, and was an elite Special Operator. He was awarded with a great many commendations, and was a war hero for his country.
Here's the catch: he's not a griffon.
One thing's for sure, he's not your ordinary teacher. In fact, he's anything but. This is his story of how he got to where he is now, and what he's doing as a schoolteacher, of all things.

5224770 Neither, it's an AU happenstance that occurred circa 2059 between two factions. The Soviet Socialist Republic, and the United Novan Republic. To sum it up, the two factions went to blows (in space) and then their alliances, the Coalition and Concord, respectively, proceeded to nuke each other to hell as the opening act of the war. So, thanks to a device provided by the Estovakian Union, the aftermath of the war, which lasted two years, was soon cleaned up and mostly disposed of by 2064. Fast forward 200 years, and you'll have the Novan Republics, the Soviet Republics, and the Orophine Empire. Because of particular reasons that will be explained in the next four chapters, I will go ahead and tell you, in short, that Mr. N was a member of the Novan Republics. This was all during a time of peace between all three factions brought on by the threat of total annihilation from the Damon character in the second chapter.
With that out of the way, what did you think of the new chapter?

You see, I don't know if the previous rag-on was clearly enough on this specific point, but "you see" is not a good expression for the narrator to use. It makes it seem like you're ass-pulling stuff and this is you going "no, dear, I can explain!" before you're called out on it. Keep that for characters' spoken lines.

Now, the first part where Discord escapes should really be moved to the end of the chapter, or the one where the Gales discover Scoots should go to the beginning, so that the timeline doesn't become a snarl. If Eoin said Scootaloo would meet Eoin in Canterlot, he's bound not to be free of his stone prison, which means there was a week's time at most between the scenes, while scene 2 is an instant flashback outta frickin nowhere.
