Twilight turned the next page.

"Zebras? But they're not a pony race."

"Just read it!"

"Alright! Fine! Race name: Zebra. Zebras are a sub-race of earth pony with white fur black stripes, or black fur and white stripe, depending on how you look at it. What the?"

"Twilight!"

"Zebras are quite rare but can be found in packs of three or four. Occasionally, a Zebra may wonder off on its own."

"Really?"

"Quiet Applejack!"

"I didn't know you like this show much, Rainbow."

"I do other things. Now keep going!"

"There are a few tribes of Zebras that live in more remote places in Equestria. These tribes often practice magic, potions, and other magical items and elixirs. The shamans of these tribes wear jewelry around there front legs and necks, along with earrings and a traditional mo-hawk. These shamans also tend to only speak in rhyme. But not always, some just wear nothing and speak normally. And then there's a transcript.

Here is a transcript Caramel Creme had with Zecora, a shaman who lives in everfree forest.

Caramel: Hello! I'm Caramel Creme!

Zecora: I am Zecora, a shaman of powers. Now this Written Script, why don't you bring her flowers?

Caramel: ANYWAY! Tell us, what's your job as a shaman?

Zecora: Magic, potions, and voo-doo! And but let's not forget, a love expert too.

Caramel: MOVING ON!

Zecora: But you haven't, this is true. Tis young mare, Written Script, that males you do what you do!

(Caramel placed his clipboard onto his head, finishing his beet red face.)

Caramel: Zecora, Name a couple of fruits for me please.

Zecora: There are apples, and apple flavored snapples. There are oranges.........

Twilight turned the book around and looked at her friends. They all shrugged.

"That was one of the more normal one is guess."

"What's next?"

"Let's find out."

Twilight grabbed the next page of the book.

I'd think it would be better if you just smashed all the chapters together, and called it one big chapter. Small, bite-sized chapters are usually frowned upon, unless they are for good reason. I'd suggest having each chapter be about how that race functions, it's hierarchy, history, abilities, blah de blah.
