Seriously people, STOP MAKING GODDAMN CUPCAKES SEQUELS.
They are not creative. They are not innovative. They are not 'pushing the boundaries'.
The real tragedy is that you have a brilliant writing style. You really do. Your diction and syntax was some of the best I've seen here. And yet you've wasted it all on a tired, bland, and uninspired concept that's been done more times than even those idiotic "My Little Dashie" spin-offs.
I just... ugh... It's just such a shame when I see talent wasted like this.
Why's everyone hating on the story? Despite the gore, it was very well written.

Of course they can write what they want, but that doesn't take away my right to express an opinion in regards to the actual content.
Perhaps my comment was too rage-induced and biased. If it was, then I apologize for that and promise to make my critiques more substantial in the future.
Still, fanfiction isn't about recycling tired out plot-lines for the sake of petty entertainment. It's about paying homage to a series, and it's about striving to become better than the actual source material. When I see cookie-cutter material like this, especially when I see it with a crisp writing style, then I can't help but weep internally.
That's my opinion though, nothing more and nothing less.
I'm not offended by the content, just disappointed in the result.

This is a good story and extremely well written. I just hate ponies are blimishing this tale with thumbs-downs. You clearly warned your readers about the content, and yet they act repulsed like they had no idea what they were getting into. Here have a thumbs up! I liked it!
While writing as good as yours should be put to use on your own work, rather than a continuation of someone else's, I honestly enjoyed this little story. It was very well written and I felt it continued the story well, explaining away their disappearances. I'm interested to see what you might be able to come up with on your own. But until then, once again, well done.
Hmmm... You've got a solid writing style. I'm not rating this, however, because the great writing was countered by the amount of originality. If you start your own thing, with your own ideas, you'll have serious potential. Just like everybody else has been saying. Work on your own stuff, take inspiration from books, movies, songs, whatever tickles your fancy. You have potential. Use it.

People aren't 'repulsed'. I honestly don't think that this community is weeny enough to judge something based on a gore level (some would, yes, but not all). Really, the story was likely thumbed down because it involves an overused plot and a lack of originality.

There may be a lot of Cupcakes sequels, but in all my time searching I have seen only two (one of which I wrote myself) which were done like this. Almost every single Cupcakes sequel is something like Pinkie facing her guilt over what she did to Dashie, Pinkie trying to hide her crime, and stories that start out like Rocket to Insanity where the original story turns out to be a nightmare that the characters need to cope with. This story and my own fic "Little Bakery of Horrors" are the only two I've seen that actually continue the story by showing the fate of another one of Pinkie's victims. I've seen plenty of fics with other characters being the torturers (almost none of which are any good), but only two that actually follow the plot of Cupcakes.
You know, between you, me, and Sargent Sprinkles, there have been good Cupcake fics written about every one of the mane six except Twilight and Rarity (Pinkie doesn't count because she's the one doing the killing).

Sargent Sprinkles took care of Dashie in the original Cupcakes, I took care of Fluttershy in my fic Little Bakery of Horrors, and now you've taken out Applejack with this fic. Three down, two to go

Honestly? I don't care. I know I can write original stuff, honey. I have twenty plus other fanfiction on FF.net and AFF.net to prove it. I *wanted* to write a Psycho!Pinkie story. The issue is, everyone is familiar with "Cupcakes" Pinkie so I took a shot at gore within that universe. I have never written slasher/guro before. So I wanted to focus on content the first time around and I wanted Pinkamena as the killer. I have other original MLP things I am playing with. Seriously, this was about content practice, not plot.

You're right Will, I wasn't going for groundbreaking. I just wanted to see if I could turn a few stomachs. If I have a talent for grimdark, I have some other ideas I want to play with. I used this because people are familiar with "Cupcakes" and would know the genre I was going for. However, it seems everypony is too upset over a fansequel to tell me if I should give my original grimdark a go. I have sappy romance too, but oh well.

All of the asshurt that comes from stories like these are the reason that I hate a large chunk of the fanbase. Just because they don't like the story it's based on or what the subject matter is, they have no right to berate others for having different tastes. Doing that is no different than me going onto a clopfic and calling the author and his/her fans horse fuckers. It will not change anyone's opinion and will only make you look like an intolerant prick.

Well, these sorts of things always more make me sit back and think about whether it's physically possible to commit such acts more than anything...so I don't have a whole lot to say, but this was pretty well written. One of the best Cupcakes spin-offs I've read, and certainly better than the original...the writing was only average at best in it, imo.
I'm definitely not buying the bit with cutting off AJ's tongue...she'd need both of her hooves to operate the scissors, and then what's keeping AJ's tongue in place? It'd merely be horribly awkward if AJ did all she could to help, without that it strikes me as impossible...
If Pinkie's used to screaming why does she seem nonplussed? It means baffled or disconcerted...I don't think that's what you were going for there...
Anyway, yeah, other than a few nitpicks like that (that I always have to notice because I'm just too OCD for this genre), you did a great job on this. Have a fav, and five psycho Pinkies.

I agree about the original Cupcakes. It left some to be desired. That's why I tried to be as descriptive and as possible.
Well, I tried to write it like Applejack's tongue was trapped between the two sides of the scissors so that Pinkie could move back to the handles. Plus, I was watching the show and they do seem to hold things in their hooves. Especially Pinkie Pie, Queen of breaking the Fourth Wall. Lol. I knew not everything would work.

...first off, I am wondering why I read this...
Secondly, a really well written sequel, and the gut-renching descriptions had me almost feeling applejacks pain. I am not really into these kind of stories but after reading cupcakes, I had to read a sequel, to my own discust. I am going to have a great time telling my friends about these torture methods, it is always fun to freak them out, :P!
Final note, poor featherweight, I like him!

This is my first gore story as I stated in the author's notes. Lol. So, I don't typically write them, myself. I actually picked Applejack to freak my boyfriend out!
His favorite pony is Applejack (mine is Pinkie Pie) and he is really squeamish so I kept calling him and going "Guess what I'm doing to Applejack now!" like an ass. I hope you have fun doing something similar to your friends.

I wouldn't call it "grimdark" in the same vein as Cupcakes even though it involves Pinkamena. Its a Silence of the Lambs parody with the "Cupcake Killer" taking the place of Hannibal and Rainbow Dash as Clarice Starling. Woo DashiePie!
