Pretty good, though the writing gets a little dense at times. I suppose for an anime/manga crossover, that's to be expected, but still.
The most at first seemingly unlikely to be enjoyable story I have ever been surprisingly impressed by. Good work.

Well, to argue that, if a piece of media (a book, movie, or even a video game) is showing telltale signs early on in its production of being not that great, there is satisfactory reason to believe, until disproved by further development, that the piece in question will trundle down an even rougher road toward its not-so-stellar conclusion.
Suspension of disbelief or the simple inclination to wait helps to counter this early on, and helps some to persevere until things pick up and the story genuinely gets better, but others are much less forgiving. Although sometimes that isn't the case.
Everyone has different likes and dislikes.
Hope this helped a bit to understand. I know it seems unfair when you can't fathom why others do something that, to you, doesn't make much sense.
And I apologize to the author. I know it's temporarily elating to see a comment being posted on your story, but that feeling changes to one of disappointment when it happens the comment isn't necessarily pertaining to the quality of your story or what the reader thought. I didn't wish to bloat this comments section. I need to stop doing that.
Lastly, I find it sort of difficult to understand why others come onto this sort of thing, knowing they will dislike it, just to badmouth the story and the author for containing something against their personal preference. I do understand voicing out your opinion against something that bothers you, but still...

You can thank the IRC for this one. We were just discussing a few random things, when I found an odd MLPXDeath Note picture involving Fluttershy with a juice box. So remembering the numerous absurd crossover stories I read in an attempt to understand how to write, I realized there was no diaperpone Death Note fic. I brought this up to the IRC and they confirmed this.
Then we began to shoot ideas for if such a thing existed, and all of us came to the conclusion it could be hilarious if written correctly. So I proceeded to write this in the hopes that others would enjoy this bizarre concept.

I Can't believe there has been an update on this story after so long, this is great. I can't wait to see what you will make things happen, I am really happy that Light finally gets to wear a diaper all the time now, through I am not sure why he doesn't seem to like it all that much sense he said that he wanted to take part of it too. I wonder how they will deal with the high output of diaper related trash, did they considered magical alternatives too? I would like to see more of the public opinion on the subject, and how it shifted.

Happy to see an other update on this story again, loved how you managed to add the level panic to the population with show how a crowd react to suddenly becoming incontinence which wasn't really that feel in the earlier chapters. I also love higher stack for the main character and how there is now a real opposition to light's plan. I am also happy to see him finally indulging in using and playing with his diaper. I would love to see ponies actually starting to make wearing diapers mandatory for everyday wear and even looking down on those who don't wear them which would create others to conform. I would love to see how it is enforced for schools and how bullies tease those who don't wear diapers. Would love to see how ponies views on diapers really start to change and I wonder how the foal wear will start to take hold.
Looking forward to the next chapter.
