Seeing as how I've already gotten 3 PMs regarding this, THIS IS BASED IN THE 2003 ANIME! Not the 2010/Manga canon one, but the 2003 one with Conqueror of Shamballa at the end.
So you did not watch brotherhood or read the manga, because it ended in 2010.
4215483 Did you read the first chapter? Conqueror of Shamballa was set just before the Beer Hall Putsch. Also, They are in OUR world, not amestris. This is the 2003 anime.

4215632 In Shamballa, Yes. In this, they tracked the Uranium bomb to a madman in Paris. From there, they traveled to England to find tools to dismantle it. Then they go to Hogwarts, teach for a year, and then Al opens a portal to Equestria.
