A cloaked unicorn crosses dimensions to the Dragonball Z universe, and uses the dragonballs to wish the three most terrible villains of that world back to life. With her second wish, she transports the Mane Six to that world with her. Now our six favorite little ponies must befriend Goku and company if they have any hope of fending off the alien monsters the mysterious unicorn sends after them, and finding a way to return to Equestria.

My curiosity has been peaked, lets see where this goes.
The one thing I would like to point out though, seems a bit silly to let them all get together where they can defend each other. Then again, the pony I assume is Trixie and Frieza aren't exactly the mastermind archetype villains.
Edit: I also just noticed the E for everyone. I don't really care how heavy or light any sort of content is in fiction but that just seemed a tad odd considering the amount of death in the Dragonball series.

I know there's going to be a teensy bit of mild swearing, but I used to watch DBZ when I was just a little girl (like 7 or 8) and the violence never bothered me. Granted all the blood was edited out.... But honestly, no one in Dragonball Z stays dead forever. -_- Especially Krillin.

DBZ is my all time favorite anime. I can't wait to see where this story will go. BTW is this taking place before or after the events of GT? Because in GT, Goku fought Cell and Frezia at the same time and beat them with little trouble at all.
Anyone else ever notice how Pinkie and the fat version of Buu are exactly alike? For one thing, they're both pink and fun loving, plus they both have bottomless appetites, godlike powers, and dark sides.

In my personal opinion, GT never happened. I watched two episode and wanted to claw my eyes and ears out. DX
This story takes place a few years after the Majin Buu saga, and excludes the very last episode of DBZ, where Goku flies off to train the reincarnation of Majin Buu. I suppose this makes this sort of an alternate universe? I am taking a little creative license with the DBZ world mechanics, but I will try to make everything believable. I should probably make a blog post explaining this, or an Authors Note in the next chapter..... or an FAQ chapter but that probably isn't allowed.
Okay, one problem I'm seeing is that you have where Trixie is apparently more powerful than either Freiza, Cell, or Buu, and since Twilight is more powerful than Trixie how are those three going to help her? She's the strongest one of the four and even she's weaker than Twilight, so how are they going to pose a threat to Twilight? It kinda kills the point of putting together a dream team of the ultimate villains if you're already far more powerful than all of them together. I'm thinking it may be a bit far-fetched for you to have her actually intimidate them into submission, maybe you should tune it down a bit and just have her wish for them to obey her as part of the wish where she revives them.

I wasn't restricted all too much growing up so I have seen worse than DBZ's content (censored version or otherwise). It just seems to me that to some people might find the level of violence DBZ contains may be a bit much. It all depends on the person really, not to mention how much you as the author wants to portray the level of violence in the fiction itself. 
They have been known to desensitize the meaning of death to people in that show.

It wasn't really that boring. In my opinion, one of the best parts of a crossover are the moments when the characters first interact with each other. That doesn't necessarily mean tearing each other to bits.
This is how Dragonball z is. Not every episode starts off with fighting. BTW, how won the race; Rainbow or Trunks? Anyway, Keep up with this Awesome story.

To be honest, I couldn't decide who would win the race. ^^; There's still a lot about this mixed universe I need to figure out, so I tried to imply that they were about evenly matched. Trunk is probably much faster though, due to his experience in fighting, and his half Saiyan blood. Though, I watched that conversion of Rainbow Dash's wing power into miles per hour, and she hits over 300 miles per hour. I imagine she can go a lot faster to create a sonic rainboom, so it's possible that the laws of this new universe she has entered has also augmented her speed.
TL;DR I couldn't decide. ^^;

There are a couple powers that I'm wondering if you'll actually show. You don't have to tell me if you will or not (and even if you do, please don't tell me when they'll be used; I still want to be surprised by the "when" if I can't be surprised by the "if"), but I would be interested in seeing you do it. The first one is Cell's absorption power, which I'm indifferent about seeing used. The second one is Buu's absorption power, which I think could be interesting (I'm suddenly getting a weird mental image of Buu with Rarity's mane. That's going to give me nightmares). The last one is Buu's transformation power; since you've shown that unicorn magic can affect Buu very well, I can easily see you having him turn somepony into something but then having Twilight (or maybe even Rarity) change them back before he can eat them.

What- OH! Oooh I see what you mean. I had Trixie state where the last Dragonball was because I needed to show she was very far away from where the protagonists live. The Dragonballs are resting for a year right now, but she's saying that when she found them, the last one she found was way on the other side of the world from where they need to be now. Sorry, I should have written that more clearly.

I got a question. Although this is an alternate universe, I just want to ask a question? Since this takes place after the Cell Saga, Dende should be the lookout of the Dragon Balls, which means that the dragon balls should be able to grant two wishes. If this takes place after the Kid Buu saga, shouldn't Trixie have made two wishes? Sorry if I sounded rude. By the way, great job on your story!

In answer, this actually takes place after the Majin Buu saga, and therefore, the dragon does indeed grant two wishes. Trix-.... I mean.... the mysterious cloaked unicorn's first wish was for the revival of Freiza, Cell and Buu. Her second wish was for the transportation of the Mane Six from the My Little Pony universe to the Dragonball Z universe. I explained all of this in Chapter One, but maybe I rambled too much, so that it wasn't clear? :(
Oh, I forgot about the dragon granting the second wish to transport the mane six to Goku's universe. I need to slap myself upside the head for forgetting about that. I just remembered it now.
