T

The traditional kings of the Griffon Kingdom trace their lineage back to Xenophon the Magnificent. The Erenco family is one such family that can claim descendence, and thus hold the throne. Lord Jason, son of the aging King Jeremy, is a disgrace to his father, his family, and the throne. What can he do to change his fate?

Good, I'm always down for some griffon action :pinkiehappy:

This was fantastic. The characterizations, the banter, the struggles...
It's exactly what I imagine Game of Throne might be like if I ever got off my ass and read it.
Needless to say, I am very very interested in where you plan to take this.

I was really worried about the flow and pacing, since I've been told I am wont to get bogged down in 3k word descriptions of an ornate door or something. I cut it down, but it feels spartan. Are there enough details?

I'll have to reread it with a focus on details, since I tend not to focus on details enough, and as a consequence don't really notice when I'm reading. I can say that I definitely wasn't overwhelmed by details. At no point did the story get bogged down. Perhaps there could have been more visuals, but it's perfectly acceptable as it stands.

You have my interest, good sir. Keep going! I'm curious to read more about Jason.
