That aside I'm liking this.
An interesting premise. Blitz having issues because of not losing his virginity/feelings of sexual inadequacy makes a quite a bit of sense. It plays well off of the inferiority/superiority complex he's inherited from Dash. As for little miss insulty pants, my dear, given that the majority of the nerves in the vagina are present within the first 4 inches, as well as the sensitivity of the clitoris, if you truly feel that Blitz would be incapable of pleasing you, perhaps the problem is on your end. Hotdog---->Hallway.
The random jumps in time make it difficult to follow the sequence of events going on here.
I just realized something...mares talk. I wonder how long before the gossip mill gets to Elusive about Blitz' problem.
I wouldn't worry too much about it Blitz, what with the Magic of today's day and age you could improve yourself if you wanted. Hell you could make it two, three times bigger if you liked...what's that...illegal? Malpractice charges.....lawsuits.....mmm court fines....Well that was my agent and apparently that idea is sunk, along with my savings.

You might want to add Elusive's name when he enters (it is a little confusing right now) and near the end of the chapter Elusive suddenly refers to Celestia instead of Solaris.
What a cruel mare, that was just horrible.
I hope Blitz does get lucky soon, the poor guy. I'm surprised he wasn't crying after a humiliation like that.
