This is the story of Desrium -- not myself, I'm just some writer in a hole somewhere -- and his battle against the demonic horde plaguing the land of Tyrbenetus. As the Justicar, a champion of the Dawnmother's Order, it is his duty to uphold peace and justice and defend the innocent. Demons are creatures that are chaotic and unjust, who only seek to destroy lives and corrupt the worlds they afflict. Thus, the Order and the demons are constantly warring against each other.
In a battle against one fearsome foe, Desrium finds himself in another realm of mystics and fantasy. Unfortunately, his enemy has also been transported to this world, vying to be the vanguard to conquer it. The war between good and evil continues in Equestria to spare it from the ravages that have befallen Tyrbenetus.
What is Desrium? Death knight? Sentient golem?
He was an attempt to create life from magic gone wrong, resulting in a being of energy trapped inside the armor. Because of the process, he has ties to demonic power and elemental beings of magical origin. It is also why he consumes magic to sustain himself, and why he can extract it from things he eats.
How long will this be? I don't want it to end.
