Rarity loses a potential client from Canterlot as a direct result of Sweetie Belle's actions and snaps like never before. Sweetie Belle runs out of Carousel Boutique and she doesn't return the next morning. Rarity's panic turns to tragedy when she discovers what happened to Sweetie Belle and she runs to Twilight to beg her to teach her the time travel spell so she can right the wrong and save her sister.

324329 Haven't read it but the summary seems eerily similar. But I plan to make it more along the lines of "Its About Time" but something FAR more serious and an absolute need to time travel other than warning yourself not to worry. Kinda irked me that they went that way with the episode.

It's alright. I got a chuckle out of the second chapter. Not because I thought it was poorly written (quite the contrary), or that I enjoy the tragedy of other ponies (well, maybe a little). Rather, I loved how everypony reacted to the situation. It's just how I imagined a normal pony would react when their loved one has just been unceremoniously and hideously killed in a very strange, incomprehensible fashion. The part where Rarity is yelling at Applebloom and Scootaloo about whether they collected all of Sweetie Belle's shattered, stone remains really got me going. I guess I get excited by odd things.
Other than that, I didn't think it was so special (Rarity being mean to Sweetie Belle followed by Sweetie Belle running away is starting to become its own genre of pony fiction), but it also wasn't "bad" by any stretch of the imagination. It was at least interesting enough to follow it, just to see where it goes from where it left off.
