After the reclusive pony saves the lives of her and her friends in the Everfree Forest, she feels a need to do something to help him. For the first time in her life, however, Twilight comes across a problem that neither magic nor her considerable intellect can solve. Having Pinkie talking about philosophy is always fun especially with somebody else who is seeing the same concept in a different light.

4125928 Thank you! I figured if anything did happen between the two of them romantically, it would need a fair bit of background rather than just rivalrous romantic tension. Even after a healthy friendship developed, Trixie's pride and Twilight's innocence/adorkableness present barriers which would need to be overcome by hints such as sincere moments and over-long hugs.
