You know, this is the first humanized pony clopfic i've read, and you know what? I don't regret it.
You did damn fine work, Verne. I normally stick to human x pony clopfics, but this kind of toppled allot of those. The only thing I noticed is her saying "panty draw" in the beginning, and I don't remember any other mistakes because I was trying to imagine all this.
I'll be giving this a thumbs up, and favoriting it as well. Damn fine work, indeed.

Whelp, everyone seemed to love this, and I'm digging it too, in the sense that it seems to deliver exactly on what was promised, if nothing more.

My biggest problem, though, was that there were some pretty over-the-top phrases in here, and it kept pulling me out of it. Like:

"She casts a glance up at you that screamed seduction and power."
"... long legs devouring the distance between the pair of you in only a few strides."

Not everything needs to be a metaphor, and, honestly, maybe this is a pacing problem rather than a language problem. There's nothing wrong with this sort of thing once I'm already fully absorbed and invested in the story, but I got hit by this stuff right out of the gate and now it's difficult to take anything seriously, and that's not all that hit me out of the gate. The story just seems to jump straight to naughty seductress bit a little abruptly.

It's hard to balance, though. This is a clop story, and the author knows it, so there isn't going to be a full chapter dedicated to character development. Cocks will be flying out the moment the story begins and that's what the readers want, damn it :p So maybe I should just try to relax and enjoy it for what it is.

Also, I'm actually really enjoying the irony of this line:
“Do you think you could withstand my teasing?”

Celestia has the second person protagonist in her grips, literally, she could force him to wonder what's going to happen to him. She has the opportunity to tease him about what his fate will be, but she just lays her cards on the table just like that. When I'm not grinning about the irony of this line, however, it makes me unhappy. Why is she saying this? It's such a one-dimensional thing to say. "I am a slut, and this is my specific fetish." It's like Celestia is just there to go directly to sex with no interesting or complicated feelings about the guy who just got caught raiding her panty drawer.

I'm also having trouble relating to the second person protagonist. He knows she intends to tease him for a prolonged period, and all he can think about is rubbing up on her, and stroking her, and how awesome it is to be undressing her? Is he some kind of moron who doesn't realize he's just making things harder on himself by not averting his gaze and thinking about baseball? I would have loved to have seen this combined with my earlier advice. Celestia could have not told him that he was being teased, so he could have been 'strung along', so to speak, up until he's ready to pop, and then 'Sucker. Prolonged orgasm denial for you now. Enjoy the blue balls."

Also, here's another reason to have difficulty relating with the second person protagonist: "Had you cum already in her grasp?" I think I would know.

Also, why was there no acknowledgement that he was being led around the halls with his cock hanging out? Wouldn't that be embarassing, or at least frightening? This is a world where panties exist, so modesty is a thing.

Still, like I said, it gives you what's written on the tin, so no reason to dislike it, really.
