If you are going to make this really short then at least you should consider another fic that show what Dash and Dust get up to on a day to day basis.
I'm not really in a position to read this right now, but I will offer a few grammar error fixes in your title and description.

I honestly feel like Lightning Dust is a very underrated character in fanfiction, especially in clopfics. Though, anypony in stories like this is a great improvement and I usually really enjoy these stories.

Don't worry its she wont have anymore foals its just going to be little adventures of Rainbow and Lightning and the friends they'll make, although I should warn you I do plan on regressing some pony's here and there.

I say go for it, I read all the stories and enjoyed all of them. I think it might be cute to throw the CMC in the mix. Maybe Scootaloo becomes part of Fluttershy's and Rainbow's new pegasus family too. No one really knows who her parents are, and some think she may be an orphan. just a suggestion.

Go ahead and continue. I'm kinda interested in seeing how the rest of the herd starts to see Rainbow as she grows up again. Or how Rainbow's parents react (unless she's orphan like Scoots). or CUTIE MARK CRUSADER FOAL SITTERS YAY!!!!. Taking this guys idea 3198144 and having Scoots become Rainbow's Big Sis would be cool as well. Hope at least one of these ideas get you moving.
On another note, I have to say that your writing ability has improved over all three stories. Though Flutters seemed EXTREMELY out of character at the end of this one. She isn't really going to send a horde of angry animals at Dusty's father right?

as for if I'm going to have Fluttershy adopt scootaloo because she is an orphan (witch she is not in this.) sorry but my mind says no and when the mind has spoken it is done
although I will make Rainbow and Scootaloo be like sisters in the story
as for the last question if anypony thinks they can take Fluttershy's baby's remember...grand galloping galla.

I sure am glad I'm not in Storm Dust's horseshoes. I still would like to see a plot twist of the CMC becoming baby foals if you decide to do that, it's all up to you.
Just thought of another scenario. Sunset Shimmer returns and becomes a foal and possibly Twilight's daughter and Trixie's sister. What do you think?
