I was a bit skeptical when I saw the story was complete at only 1,514 words, but I was not disappointed. Enough is explained, and what is left out of the story would only cause to drag it down if added. I like it!
It has few minor spelling and grammar errors, but in terms of characterization, plot (no pun intended), and comedy-I have to say-it didn't disappoint!

I'm a little confused. It continually refers to Vinyl and Octavia as friends, but Octavia's description of what she would do if Vinyl got her out makes it sound as if they're romantically involved. Which is it?
I guess it doesn't matter in the context of this story which it is, but it still seems like a contradiction.
