Originally there were two additional options; take just Dash or just Spitfire. Both those choices would lead to their own unique story branch, but as I'm going to make the entire book once an ending is reached here, having that many story branches would make this project last almost a year.
In my opinion taking them would be the worse option. Rainbow seems like she would freeze up at sight of a griffin with the possible exception being if you were in danger. Spitfire is too consumed by revenge to be a good choice. Sure she could probably protect Rainbow but everything would break down once you encounter Ray.
However, I feel that even if you choose to go alone they will just end up following you anyway. The Wonderbolts really would be better off fending off the assault on Las Pegasus. Rainbow is too broken to be of any realistic help but is a catch-22, either you take her with you and she probably screws up the plan or you leave her and she goes after you probably screwing up the plan.
“I… I embarrassed you… I spoke out against you in front of Princess Celestia, and Princess Luna. I humiliated you in public. You should do the same to me.” she says.
You’re caught off guard by her statement. “W-what? No, Rainbow, you don’t… you didn’t…”
Public?!
She looks at you intently, a hint of fear in her eyes now. “Please, Master, you promised. You don’t need to fuck me in public, just humiliate me somehow. I’ll do whatever you command me to do.”
Aww...
Also, c'mon, this poll is a no-brainer; how are they supposed to get raped if they don't come with us, huh?
Both options have their pros and cons, though it feels like the cons outweigh the pros in both cases. Can't I just pick option three: Bring Celestia?
In all srsness though, I think I have to go with option one. While likely to bring harm to the two mares, it's also possible it will increase the likelihood of succeeding the mission; saving all of Equestria. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few! Victory at all costs!
Traveling in a group increase each individuals chance of survival and when going after trained killers it is a good idea to bring people with combat training. Well Rainbow Dash's punishment was interesting and creative.
It's hard to remember that "you" is only a courier and not someone who knows something about stealth and combat but no. So I have to either risk them and me, or pretty much certain death.... Well it seems we are outnumbered if/when we find Ray so odds are we will die anyways because it seems one Griffin can hold their own against a number of ponies... I guess I could go alone and spare the two of them but that would devastate Rainbow Dash... She would probably kill herself after I die which is far better than her being recaptured by Ray. Plus as a courier I can move quickly and for long distances should I need to bug out. Well looks like I have made my choice
Well, this is interesting... the poll right now is much, much closer than I thought it would be... looks like I have to actually wait this one out before I start writing the next chapter.
2942001 As soon as I saw "choose you're own adventure" I buckled down and recalled all the decision making skills I learned in a senior leadership camp I just went to a month ago so I am ready to do this.
If your senior leadership camp had you choosing who to bring to kill the person responsible for raping your girlfriend that you pretty much raped when you met her, I just have two things to say...
2942094 No just decision making but there was one event where we had to choose who in our squad had to die, and they made us think they were getting sent home after we chose. It was very hard to actually choose one of the people sitting next to you and it really made me think hard about what type of person I was. In order to go to something like this you must be a MCJROTC cadet in the Western United states that has gone to Basic Leadership Camp
While I would want to go alone and keep them safe, I know that it wouldn't make for a good story to go alone. Well, time to keep going with this madness.
Is there an option for 'I'm taking Spitfire/Rainbow Dash alone with me'?
I chose Dash and Spitfire to accompany me. What's the worst, that could happen?
I have a feeling they would follow him even if he said he wanted to go alone...fuck it time for a threeway

Hmm..... either choose the hand or three..... hmm......
story is amazing.

I really hope that isn't being sarcastic.
2934590 Okay... but taking Spitfire alone would have been fun; it'll break Soarin and Dashie's heart at the same time, as well as having a hot escort.

You sick, twisted f*cks... I love you guys.

I actually did toy with the idea of bringing Discord.

Omg what it said after the vote >_<

Never thought you would have to think this hard while reading a clopfic, huh?

1. WTF?
2. Where do I sign up?

Good God man, why must you make this so stressful for us to choose!
All I want is the bastard dead in the most painful way possible...
If he lives, all that clopping will have been for naught...
2942001 That is the sort of thought process that runs in the back of my mind, so thought about it in the same way you think about typing.
I say bring both...strength in numbers.
While I would want to go alone and keep them safe, I know that it wouldn't make for a good story to go alone. Well, time to keep going with this madness.
