2815484 In theory, but considering that his powers are basically an infection, they would need to get a 'vaccine' before hand. He'd basically have to use a small amount of power and get them used to it before he could use enough of it to heal them. But, if he used the wrong amount, it would kill them, because like I said, its an infection, and they wouldn't be able to fight it off.
