In my personal opinion I think Twilight reverse engineering his suit and weapons is very much believable, and if you do decide to try and rewrite this again I would suggest putting that back in. However the chapter is not without flaw. After Issac escaping the Ishimura he was experiencing both homicidal and suicidal hallucinations. He would also be much more paranoid after the events he had gone through. It would make much more sense for it to take several chapters for Issac to even let Twilight come with in fifty yards of himself without threat of killing her or himself. Plus Twilight is logical even to a point of fault. Even with a month of observation on Issac she would be much more careful to enter the room, and interact directly. Especially considering he showed up in a alien space ship wearing brown suit caked with blood and guts. So I would suggest a rewrite of this chapter bringing back the advanced technology and improving the interaction between Twilight and Issac
I liked the chapter more then the last but i think it would be possible to reverse engineer his stuff to an existent , they could have made prototypes and designs that could work but can't without power meaning Issac would have to invent electricity and complete them(Ie: a Plasma Cutter without the ability to shot and can't rotate stuff like that. And he was also on the verge of suicide and was in a homicidal/ insane rage when they found him in the second game. What i would have done was make a chapter where it shows what happened to the guards(maybe with Shining Armour being the only survivor or something) and 1 to 3 chapters of Twi/ Blue Blood/ Spike and the princesses arguing over whether to keep him or kill him, him going insane and trying to hurt others, him screaming about what happened but unaware there watching him, show what it's like from his view point, them trying to build his stuff, them trying to talk to him and Luna seeing his thoughts though dreaming or something. Just my 2 bits
