(This Fanfiction takes place a few years after “The Ending of the End”) With Equestria in a new age of peace, longer than it’s ever seen, many ponies have settled down into permanent lives and relationships. The Apple Family in particular is settling into a new normal. News of a new member joining their family stirs the Apples into reminiscing on the past, and planning for the future.

The only thing more shocking than a letter from their parents is what it says.

Having established a connection to the Human world via the Mirror Portal, some time ago, Ponies had bneen going back and forth ooccasionally, maaking new friends,. networking with those on the opther side.

Hearing about there being fans of Southern coooking, Applejack decides that maybe she should throw her hat into the ring on it. She calls o som,e of her extended family to help as well.

Thus is the Apple Alliance Abode born. Ane for a tiume everything goes fine for a while.

"I demand to speak to the manager!"

Until the inevitable occurs...

To help Applejack relax and be away from her farm life and her grief, Rarity takes the farm mare and both their little sisters, Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom to the soft and sunny beaches of Puerto Caballo with their pets.

That was, however, when an unknown disaster stuck Equestria, causing a change of plans. This led to the four fillies, cat, and dog stranded on a desert island with no way to get home, if said home is still there.

"A troubled young man commits suicide and wakes up as a pony in a world of friendship, magic, and technicolor equines. He encounters a lavender alicorn who has been tasked alongside her friends with solving his “friendship problem”. Unfortunately, he sees no hope for himself in the fragile affairs of deep interpersonal relationships and wants nothing more than to live a better life in his new world, one without the “magic of friendship”. However, his incompatibility with a world founded on friendship means that he must rely on others, and, in doing so, he will learn what it means to have true friendship."
