One month ago, a strange phenomenon suddenly fused the human world and mobian with the parallel world of Kikaitopia. Despite this, the inhabitants of three worlds, humans, mobians and Kikainoids, quickly got along and live peacefully together.

In the present, however, their lives are threatened by Kikaitopia's evil rulers, the Tojitendo Dynasty, who seek to conquer all parallel worlds. To face this new threat, a brave and energetic young man named Kaito Goshikida inherits the powers of all previous Super Sentai. Transforming into Zenkaizer, he joins forces with the Kikainoids Juran, Gaon, Magine, and Vroon , an energetic hedgehog and Flash sentry to save the multiverse from the Tojitendo and find his missing parents.

The Zenkaigers are saving there world from the danger. But they will soon meet some guest who are traveling the multiverse to save there world and the other worlds. What will happen?

Many years ago before Equestria or all the creatures that live in it, they were creatures that protect a Prism of Light that bathe the world with all the good that came with it. But whenever there is light, darkness and shadows will always form. A war between light and darkness broke out and the celestials had no choice but to seal away the darkness as they sacrifice their lives to save their land.

Many years later, after Cozy Glow almost sucked away all the magic in Equestria, she unknowingly weakened the seal and the great Darkness has risen once again. Luckily, the Prism of Light had conserve the Celestials souls and placed them in small Mechanical Animals and placed their powers within geos and they have chosen Champions to defend Equestria from the darkness.
