I paused writing the next chapter because I wanted to write a Christmas oneshot. Problem was, I got a thousand words in and had to throw it out because it revealed too much of the future plot. I'm at a thousand words right now and see no issue with getting 'A Monster's Hearth's Warming Day' done soon and getting back to the main story.

Okay, I've gone and done it. I made a GROUP where anyone and everyone can add their own little twist to Chris's life. I look forward to seeing what you all can come up with.

Great! Now, not only am I two weeks behind thanks to my vacation, but I come home to find what little I did have written vanished. 1200 words, gone. Holy hell.

I hate to do this, but there s going to be a delay in the next chapter. I'm having some pretty bad writer's block and I'm going to be out of state for a couple weeks. I'm sorry, but there probably won't be any updates for the rest of the month.

In Chapter 13, there is a scene where Cotton Tail is hugging Chris' head: “You’re all a buncha meanies!” Cotton yelled at the crowd. Due to health concerns, I will be cutting back on my writing time. I will still be working on the story, but not as much. Being in front of the computer so much has been giving me headaches and even vertigo.

I want to be clear though, I will still be writing, just slower.
