Like so many of you, I was anxiously awaiting the one hundredth episode, and I was not disappointed. They didn't change Derpy's name to 'Muffins' like the rumor said, and they let her talk. Bon-Bon got a fourth voice and a new name. I laughed my head off and cheered for the mules. And I spotted a familiar OC, Dessert Willow.
Too bad nopony sat near her because Twilight and the others were stuck outside and Chris was foalsitting the Cake twins.
Don't worry that changeling's there for the buffet.
Are you sure that's dessert willow and not some random changeling? And are you almost done the next chapter?
I liked the episode, even if it was a little more random and incoherent than it should have been. I laughed, probably too much at Octavia head banging while playing her instrument in her house.
For Muffins, this is actually the first time she has been credited (that I know of). That makes her official name Muffins... now. Even though way back in season 2 she was referred to as Derpy (before it was cut out later). Hasbro then tried to push the Ditzy Doo in merchandise, along with Equestrian Mailmare, and Bubbly mare, and I think a couple others... I believe Muffins was in there somewhere too.
So I guess, Muffins is her official name and Derpy / Ditzy Doo is supposed to be old nicknames for her now or some shit. Debating fixing her name from Ditzy to Muffins in my story since she is only mentioned so far in the first chapter. Probably won't though. Either way, they need to just pick one and stick with it.
For Bon Bon / Sweet Drops... I guess that's just Hasbro getting there shit together on why she has had 2 different licensed names.
The twins were with the cakes when they were thrown into the ceremony by Vinyl's mobile DJ booth. Looked like those kids were supposed to be sitting next to the changling.
what do you mean they didn't change her name? DERPY wasn't in the end credits. Instead i saw Muffins and it doesn't take a genius to figure out who that was meant for.

I cant help but think that this episode was made to be nothing more then a goof.
Also gummy needed to be voiced by Morgan Freeman.
