This is mostly notes, ruminations and bit of planning of "The Greatest Game" fic I am trying to write, based off earlier idea outlined in Evil League Of Evil blog post I wrote some time ago. It's chock-full of SPOILERS, so you may not want to read ahead. Just a fair warning.
Not that I write anything but what I want to write. And not that my 'serious' fic isn't super horny, even as my clops sometimes have some heavy themes.
But if anyone wants to say, "Horatio, you need to write more blow-by-blow* fapable erotica", now is your chance.
Especially since my dance card will be clear in a few weeks. I really ought to write some of that original fiction that could, you know, get me paid? But fuck capitalism, am I right?

Applejack leaned down, and took a sip. Held the coffee in his mouth thoughtfully for a second, then swallowed. It was warm in his throat.
“Do you like it?” said Berry.
“Yeah. Yeah, that’s good,” said Applejack.
I honestly don't even know what to write here, but I really do need to say something.

It's super important to me that people like my pony stories. 
But sometimes I just want to hammer out a quick thing so people give me egobo. 
It's better to spend a long time on a story and have it be good. Right? Right?
Another sweet bit of character interaction and bonding. Seems like this season will focus on relationships for a while, at least. Nothing much to say for this one, although I enjoyed it very much.
It seems like for now we're back the daily lives of ponies and related parties. As such, we'll be getting sweet moments. Full disclosure; this one had some questionable choices that I don't really appreciate, but it's a suitable counterpart to the previous part. I've some few thoughts for now.
So we're firmly in the character interaction, it seems. Unfortunately, that means not a whole lot of lore comes out of this that I can see. Have a special one then!
New characters and old characters are brought into the spotlight, at least, and that's fun.
It wasn't that I disliked the past few episodes, I just didn't have as much to say about 'em.
So now, an episode of reminiscence and legends and camping horrors, oh my! Let's what this one brings, shall we?
A few people added some of my older stories to their libraries and reading lists this past week, and I was just sitting here looking at them. If you click through, you can see "Of Clouds" with the most reads and upvotes. People genuinely liked my story (which shocked the heck out of me because it was my very first attempt at fanfiction). As you look at the later sequels, though, you notice the number of views drop, along with the number of likes and comments. I'm not complaining, though, just

This was an adorable, heart-tugging episode. That's what I have to say. I rather liked this one, and it was rather positive.
Filled with delightful continuity, some fun interaction, and super-cute moments. This is what I feel.
A nice episode. Not terribly interesting, (trio CMC episodes are nothing new at this point. This developing into a single-character episode mid-point was interesting, but the plot's kind of in different directions and if the story focused on either helping Bulk or helping Tender it would be a bit more orderly I feel)) but enjoyable nonetheless. The type that's precious and entertaining. Well, here be my thoughts;
This is an episode that had me worried since last week when I was surprised by its announcement. I've been waiting for Trixie's return, ever since the wait for Season 5, and I was happy to learn she'd return for this episode, but for that synopsis.
You might have noticed I skipped an episode there. No worries. It seems like a few early releases happened over in Canada, so, varying levels of lore to comment on I guess.
So with a little bit of retconning and some delicious character interaction, here we have the fundament to Rainbow's past. What do we have in store?
Three days ago, in the wee hours of the morning, I made a blog post JFF to celebrate the return of Apple Cider season in, at the very least, the American Upper Midwest. 
Now I feel like maybe doing a more serious status update. Let's see how I do.
It's been a long time coming that we have some proper insight into the lives of the princesses. What sort of feelings and times left behind. Just some sisterly interaction! How will this measure up then? Let's find out!
The rest of the season was leaked, it seems. Naturally, I've been watching each of 'em. This is the finale. It has all built up to this, and several pieces of lore are now relevant! Let's see what lies in store.
