Some of you who follow me may know that I am a published author, though no where near as successful as I want to be. Yes, I have a day job.

After some heavy solo contemplation and discussions with some friends who like to read my work, I've decided I will do a full rewrite of The Third Duel for these reasons:
1) The way it is currently written is much less skilled than the writing habits I have now developed;
2) I want to write it as a proper M-Rated story, so that I can pass the effect of a loss of innocence in a much darker, meaningful way;
I’m pretty sure that all of you have read more than one story in your life, and I’d bet that most of you noticed that stories can be told from a variety of perspectives. If you prefer a somewhat fancier term, such a perspective can be also called a point of view (POV for short). Types of POVs, their usage, and common pitfalls are what’s this miniguide going to be about. Just like in case of the guides previously published here (and archived in my blogs), this is meant primarily for beginners

First and foremost, I hope that Trixie's refusal to use pronouns wasn't too annoying. When pre-reading, Admiral Biscuit suggested changing some to 'the unicorn' and 'the magician' but he was also uncertain if that would actually help. In the end, I decided that it wouldn't alleviate the situation enough to make it worthwhile.
This is to make up for the one I missed :3
The Third Duel (Omg, what? This story is still a thing???)
Pinkie Pie came to consciousness slowly. Her vision was fuzzy at first, but it quickly became sharp as she realized the scenery.
Welcome back readers, to Being a Better Writer! Yes, it's a day late, but I warned you guys. Unfortunately, I have that part-time job, and sometimes that means they want me for most or all of Monday.
Hi everyone, how are you all?
Hey guys! Important news: The Third Duel will MOST CERTAINLY be my next update, and then A Hero's Not Fit For Love soon after. Things are calming down for me a bit now that my AP exams are over; guess what that means? MORE TIME FOR WRITING ~ So yeah, I've been putting in extensive work to a battle for AHNFFL and some interesting plot/lore points for TTD. Anyways, this is all to say that I'm back in business with a regular upload schedule. Mega T22 out, enjoy the teaser C: This
Warning: Blog contains swearing.
First things first, I missed last weeks episode, because I had to work. I looked at a plot summary in case something important happened. It was about fishing... The second-to-last episode of the whole arc is about fishing. Also some build up for this episode.
Hey, everyone.
I just wanted to write up this blog to let you all know that I will be doing a major revamp of my older stories on this site published back in 2014-2015, specifically to these stories:
- If she were the sun and her the moon
- Sunset: Siren of the Equine River
- Afterstory: Third Book
I published a new story back in January. The one before it (Constrictive Criticism) was unimportant. The one since (Like You) wasn't important either. But the one in between, with Maud on the cover, that was a big deal to me.
It is finally out!
Valhalla! Well, new title, didn't like the old one. Hehe.
It has been three years in the making, in fact, I set it up as the third story that was to come out. However I never got around to it, partly because I had not planned it out, and partly because I wanted to get more experience.
Yep, three videos in one week. Seriously, never take car styling advice from this guy. You'll just ruin your car, probably hurt yourself and make yourself look like a complete moron/clot/idjit/your word choice here in the process... As James and Richard shall now show you.
What a idiot. That big ape...
Okay, I've been dead for the last month or two and I'm sorry. My life sorta imploded spectacularly all at once, my job cut hours, I was delivered some really bad personal news, and my cat nearly died all within the span of a week. I've been trying to put my life back together and pay off everything that fell on me and I'm sorry I've never updated.
All of this did come up at the worst time right as the contest ended, but I am going to honor all of my debts.
Introduction
More exciting news — this time, adjacent to Horizon words rather than about them!
Remember that story I told you not to read, a few days ago?
It just took Third Place in the Barcast's Halloween in April 2020 contest.
Y'know what, I'm gonna take like nine days and pick a song from most of the Electric Light Orchestra albums that I have (but not all of them).
I hope by next Thursday you'll have understood completely why this is necessary.
Eheheh... Favorite Band Time.

In Approval Voting, one finds the worst candidate and the best candidate and approve all candidates closer to the best candidate then the worst. Unlike Plurality (vote for only 1 candidate). Approval is not subject to Duverger's Law (vote-splitting causing similar candidates to lose. Unlike the false reform of IRV (Instant Runoff Voting), it allows 3rd parties and independents to win.
