Yes, mostly right on schedule. Now... currently sitting around 7.1k words for Reflection Twenty-Two. It's somewhere around 3/4's of the way done, so with luck, I'll be sending it off to my pre-reader soon. Hooray!
In other news... didn't land the internship I wanted this summer, but luckily a family friend has a position in the back of her ophthalmologist office doing paperwork and insurance. So at least I have something to put on my resume!
Hokay. Mostly on time this time! ... sorta. Shaddap.
Anyway, now sitting on 4.2k words for Reflection Twenty-Two. Slowly building up steam. Once I get over this last hump, I have pretty much everything else set to really dig into writing TLS.
Unless Asian parents get in the way. Again. Mrg.
So, uh, not much else new going on, other than... yep, Wildstar. And World of Tanks. I'm such a sucker for video gaming.

Hokay! Status update on the next Reflection! Brought my word up to 6.2k right now... not nearly as much progress as I'd have hoped but way more than before, which is nice. Still hoping to have the next installment soon, but urghhhh Warframe y u so addicting? I'm sorry, guys. @@
Also, writing new main-ish characters is hard. Hah. You all thought it was Dawn Treader, didn'tcha?

Progress toward Reflection Twenty is decent. Have around 1.5k words down right now, though I could be faster. I blame school and Warframe. Graah.
On another note, "Filli Vanilli" really made me happy, even if it just fell in line with Frost's notion that songs were an integral part of pony culture. After all, like he says, no instrument can match the majesty of the equine voice.

Now... not so great news. While there's already enough there for it to be its own standalone installment, the whole "event" will have to take more than one. Because you've all been waiting for almost three months now. So sadly, some of the music I previewed here won't be featured until the next one.

Let's start with the good news. I'm no longer sick, which is great. Second, I managed to get over a pretty big hurdle with the upcoming Reflection Nineteen. It's only sitting at around 6k words, but those 1k words involved creating my vision for Roam, so there's that. Third, I finally got my usual laptop back!
Well, 2014's almost upon us, and now's about time to kick off my first weekly update blog... aaaaand...
Well. Not much good news.
First, I'm sick. It never fails. I'm sick every winter break ever since I got into college. Two... forget about two. Three, my usual laptop is being serviced for a hardware problem with its graphics card. While I'm continuing to work on the next installment thanks to having the foresight to put it onto GDocs, it's... not always comfortable. for me.
Hello, and Happy Hearth's Warming Eve, everyone! Or... Happy Hearth's Warming if you're across that international date line! Uh, bad news is... I'm really disappointed by the lack of progress made toward the next Reflection. I know what I'm doing, it's just I get... distracted. Not even video games or anything! My good laptop's under repair again... again... because Lenovo screwed up. Twice. Anyway, so... don't expect the next Reflection to come soon, sorry. I'm a bad person.
