The standings on round 12 were crazy. On round 13 it was even crazier with the following games all between the four(!) possible winners, and now?

What a round. I watched this one live, and the games threw all kinds of surprises and rollercosters.

Good thing it's not Nepo. Nothing against him, but he had his chances already.
Also, I wonder if Magnus will make a comeback if Gukesh becomes the world champion.

Nah, I personally was rooting for Nepo after all these great candidates performances, but a young Indian is also fine by me. And I personally doubt Magnus will come back just because of Gukesh (unless his demands for the format changes are met). He doesn't have anything to proof and any game between him and Gukesh would be considered like a world champion battle anyway

Well, he did say during the previous Candidates that he'd only play if he plays Alireza (which tbh, must've been the beginning of Alireza's downfall). I wonder if it extends to all the youngsters.
